Hampshire alums /drop-outs Matt Mondanile & Etienne Pierre Duguay dropped by the WMUA studios along with Real Estate frontman Martin Courtney for a stripped-down (yes, topless) Real Estate & Ducktails 8-song megajam. Making do with a borrowed guitar, a missing bassist, and only an armload of drums, the trio still managed to pump out some radical summery psych-pop.
